Bearing in mind ADP's great concern and commitment to defending privacy issues, a number of technical and organisational security measures have been adopted in order to protect the personal data that we hold against sharing, loss, unauthorised use, alteration, and unauthorised processing or access, as well as against any other form of illegal processing. ADP, within the scope of its activities, may turn to third parties for the provision of certain services. When this happens, ADP will take appropriate measures to ensure that the entities with access to data are respectable and offer the highest guarantees at this level, which will be duly established and safeguarded in the agreement signed between ADP and the subcontracted entity.
